You would think that warm weather would come with a camping trip in August, but that was not meant to be this time. That doesn't mean we didn't totally enjoy ourselves, though! We went with several other families, including some of our extended family up to Lake Kachess which is just over Snoqualmie Pass in the Cascades. It is a beautiful lake and those of us that had boats and waverunners were excited to get them out and in use! We stayed at the group campsight which was great. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the kids were able to roam and enjoy being outdoors. There was a central pavilion which we ate all our meals in. We also were able to do lots of visiting. We definitely want to come here again!
